Just tried my saison. Come out quite nice!! :)
Got a nice spicy,floral,herbal tone to it!
Ive added a bit of honey malt so got that sweetness too..Dried out pretty well. Super summer beer!! :mug:

Will post the recipe soon..

Would be excited to see. I will be brewing my first this summer sometime and it is always nice to be able to others recipes.

The recipe is for a 5L batch and probably applicable if you scale it up too

84% Pale 6-Row Malt
6% Wheat Malt
5% Honey Malt
4% Cane Sugar
1% Special B

Hops:
10 gms Cascade @ Boil

Yeast strain ;
T-58 Dry yeast

Turned out to be a fairly complex beer with a lot of aroma and flavor. Lovely summer drink! :)

How does the Rosemary come into play? Was it added to a secondary? How much / how long?

Oh yeah! Missed that one out.. So i added around 1.5 gms of rosemary considering its just a 5L batch. Don't want it to be too overpowering.
Added the rosemary during whirlpool and rest for 15 min.
