seems to be fermenting like a normal yeast. One week still heavy krausen. What should I expect.
 
Room temp????? I have 6 rooms in my house and all are different. That being said the Hornindal ferments well at 72* but might need an increase to ~80* to finish. I've found that mash temps greatly affect ADF,so if you want a dry beer and are fermenting at a lower temp I'd mash at 148 for 90-120 min.
