Just had a few of these at a local sushi place, man was it good.
I got home and researched it a little bit and it seems that its the Dead Guy Ale marketed for export, but it really doesn't taste the same. Anyone have any experience with this? I can admit it probably has the same base, but there is something missing from Dead Guy that I really enjoyed from the White Crane... almost a grapefruity bitterness in the finish. I'm thinking maybe doing a clone with some dry hopping and see if that will get what I'm looking for.
