I made a belgian pumpkin ale about 18 days ago, and just racked it to a secondary (carboy) with some vanilla beans that soaked in bourbon.
I would like to get more pumpkin flavor in the beer. Can I put roasted pumpkin in the secondary? If so, for how long would you do it?
