So I've been eyeing up the Blichmanm RIMs rocket for sometime. I already have the hop rocket and it is not too expensive to convert my rig to do recirculation by purchasing the 120v attachment.

The problem I am facing is the proper way to control the RIMS rocket temperature. I was hoping to use a ranco, but the guys at blichmann said the ranco cannot handle the amps needed.

I am not too keen on purchasing a tower of power module at this time.

Does anyone know of a ranco type controller out there that could handle the amps?

If a DIY is necessary, I would be willing to commision the project to someone that has more experience in this field. I look at the PID diagrams and it boggles my mind.

Let me know if there is anything out there or if anyone is interested in taking on this project. Thanks!
