I've got a milk stout ingredient kit from More Beer. I also have some rice syrup solids. I was thinking of adding some rice syrup solids to increase the ABV. Will this thin out my stout or just add just add more fermentables to increase my alcohol? Thanks in advance.

O would think an adjunct like rice would thin it a bit, however for it to even work, you'd probably have to add some amylase enzyme to break it down to a fermentable sugar. I'd stick with maybe an extra lb of dme.
