Planning on reusing a US-05 yeast cake from an IIPA @ 8% with a Founders Breakfast Stout @ 9.7%.
2 Questions:
1.) Will the yeast be too stressed form the 8% IIPA?
2.) How does one remove Dry Hop bags from a better bottle when trying to save the yeast cake?
