I'm returning to HB after a long absence. I'm looking forward to brewing something in the style of a Dogfish Head Indian Brown. How does this sound. I see that DFH uses Liberty and Goldings in their brown, but I have on hand Hallertauer and Warrior.

5 gal batch, mashing in a 5 gal cooler.

7 lb. US Pale (2 row)
3/4 lb. Amber
1/2 lb. Crystal
1/2 lb. Chocolate
2 oz Roasted Barley
1/4 lb dark brown sugar

1/2 oz Warrior, 60 min.
1 oz Hallertauer, 20 min.
1/2 oz Hallertauer at flameout

Wyeast 1187, Ringwood Ale

What do you think? Does that hop schedule look reasonable?

Any suggestions or comments are appreciated.

Thanks

I haven't had the IB, but the bill/hop schedule looks good to me. Add the brown sugar when you add the 1 oz of Hallertauer.
