Starting a Muntons Connoisseur export hopped pilsner lme and light dme in a Fermentasaurus under pressure. Then will keg it and into fridge. Ill be using insulated jacket with ice bottles and should be able to keep temp at around 70 degrees. Any suggestions on warm brewing yeast closest to a pilsner? Any and all suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance. Ray

You might get better responses if you go to the advanced options and change your thread title to something closer to the subject of your post.

Saflager W-34/70 is supposed to have range up til 71 degrees. I personally would not do that, but the yeast range says that.

Same with Saflager S-189. High end of the range is 71 degrees.

There is a thread on here dealing with warm-fermented lagers. You might find something of value in that thread:

And BTW, Welcome (back, I guess). :)

Agree, posted in the wrong place, but now that we're here.... OP says this will be fermenting under pressure. Any lager yeast will ferment with with normal lager character at room temperature and under 15 psig of top pressure. Speaking from experience. And welcome back to the hobby!
