Replacement O-rings for CPC QD's

I asked this in the "Equipment" forum but it didn't catch much attention. I need to order these replacements soon so I'm trying in here also.

I'm looking for a McMaster p/n to replace the o-rings on CPC poly type quick disconnects, all the "beer" stores online want a buck a piece for an o-ring, yeah right. After digging up some old posts on here it turned out that there were two popular choices;

Silicone (red) - 9396K22

EPDM (black) - 9557K468

Has anyone tried either one of them? Did they work ok?
