I am not entirely new to zymurgy, I've made wine for several years, processing several hundred pound of grapes a year. I used to make beer, 40 years ago. My recipe was a very simple thing. It was based on Blue Ribbon malt extract. Actually, I thought it was pretty good. At any rate, it's been 25 or 30 years since I made that beer. More recently I made an all grain American Ale. I loved it, but my wife wasn't so enthused, it was too hoppy. So, I ordered some unhopped LME and am awaiting the result. I will have numerous questions for you more experienced folks.
