Fiz no sábado esta receita e aceitaria comentários a respeito das características dos maltes. A ideia seria algo no estilo Irish red ale (acho que está mais para uma Brown ale).
Esta fermentando a 2 dias a 18C. Usei o que tinha em casa para zerar o estoque.
