60 min boil
6lbs Light LME-no hops in LME
1lb Crystal 60L grain
2 or 1.5 oz. warrior-for bittering hops
2oz cascade for flavor
1oz citra for aroma
Ale yeast-dry
5oz primming sugar

Let me know if you have any adjustments you might have or critiques...thanks

Overall, I would say that you could make a good pale ale with a couple adjustments. Here are some things to consider:
-1.5-2 oz of Warrior hops for 60 minutes is A TON for that beer
-Consider upping the extract by 1 lb light DME to help balance the beer into a nice pale ale
-Assuming you'll use Safale US-05
-Only add 2 lbs of the LME at the beginning of the boil, save the other 4 lbs (plus 1 lb DME) for adding at 5 minutes to the end of the boil. This should help to keep the beer lighter in color as well as not create additional unfermentables.
-Assuming you'll steep those crystal grains before the boil, right?

Here's a hop schedule that would work well for 6 lb LME and 1 lb DME:
0.75 oz warrior at 60
0.75 oz cascade at 15
0.25 oz citra at 10
0.75 oz cascade at 10
0.5 oz cascade at 5
0.75 oz citra at flameout

After turning off your burner, add the flameout hops and cover your boil kettle. Let everything sit for 10-15 minutes before cooling if you're using an immersion chiller, otherwise start an ice bath right away.

Hope this helps!
