I have a ton of 2012 amarillo and simcoe I need to use up asap. I also have a bag of two row and wlp007. I want to make a budget batch, not willing to buy many more ingredients. Shoot me a link to a solid recipe if you know one.

My first thoughts are keep it simple or single
5g batch
15# 2row
1# cryst 20
6 oz amarillo, (2 fwh, 2 15m, 2 dh)

I've never had a amarillo single though...

Ever had Gumball Head from 3 Floyds from Munster, Indiana? They make a great wheat beer with only Amarillo, although it is less IBU than your IPA...many late hop additions/dry hop with wonderful aroma. Amarillo is great with wheat beer and I put that in almost everything, along with Simcoe (Citra too). It's hard for me to not add more hops sometimes :rockin:

I think your recipe looks wonderful! I would love to try that myself!
