I know this is a recipe, if it needs to go to that page let me know.

This is my first recipe/2nd brew and want to get y'alls input for this recipe.

Brewsheet: Sam's Irish Red
Style: Irish Red Ale
Type: All Grain
Batch Size: 2.00 gal
Boil Time: 60 min


*Mash or Steep Grains
Ingredients for Mashing Amount Item Type % or IBU
2.60 lb Brewers Malt 2-Row (Briess) (1.8 SRM) Grain 66.67 %
0.70 lb Pale Malt - 2 Row (Cargill) (2.0 SRM) Grain 17.95 %
0.60 lb Caramel Malt - 60L (Briess) (60.0 SRM) Grain 15.38 %

Single Infusion, Full Body, Batch Sparge
45 min Mash
Estimated pre-boil gravity is 1.041

Boil Ingredients Boil Amount Item Type
60 min 0.40 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (60 min) Hops
30 min 0.20 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (30 min) Hops
15 min 0.10 oz Spalt, German [4.50 %] (15 min) Hops
10 min 0.10 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 10.0 min) Misc

Ingredients for Fermentation Amount Item Type % or IBU
1 Smack Pack – ½ per gal - Irish Ale (Wyeast Labs #1084)


Primary fermentation: (14 days at 70.0 F)
Conditioning: (14-21 days)


Notes:
1gal mash - 152°-155°
1.75gal sparge water - 170°
2-3 run through
Cool to 65°

OG:1.53
FG:1.015
IBU:17
ABV:5.04%


Anything that I am missing or need to change?
 
Thanks for the tip! I plugged it in my app allowing 1oz of roasted barley and its predicting a perfect color.
I'm cutting back .1oz of my first hops. That IBU was high for this style, imo.
Getting this exicted just making a recipe, puts me in high hopes for the final product!
