Need some advise on how to finish a hoppy American wheat beer. My recipe was as follows and I would appreciate peoples opinions on whether to dry hop with tettnang or cascade or a combination of the two or even not to dry hop at all.

Malt
3.42lb Golden Promise
3.53lb Belgian wheat
0.15lb Munich
0.13lb Caracrisp

Hops
0.71oz Tettnang for 40 minutes
0.53oz Cascade for 15 minutes
0.35oz Cascade for 1 minute

Yeast
Safbrew Wheat Yeast

Batch size 3.7 gallons
OG 1.051

Also I know that the combination of tettnang and cascade was slightly odd but this brew was a bit of a cupboard emptying exercise.:drunk:

Thanks

Well,I don't remember Wheat beer that was drt hopped. but I'd go for the tetnang myself. Play up the smooth spicy hop over the harsher citrus, since our sense of smellis linked to the roof of the mouth.
