.8 oz Nugget hops bittering

Wyeast American Ale

Thinking of mashing high for a nice full mouthfeel and long to make sure the oats get converted. I am aiming for a nice, roasty stout focused mainly on the silky mouthfeel and chocolate/coffee flavors. How does this look to all you smart people out there?
 
Looks good. I've done a separate protein rest with the oats and an equal amount of pale malt before adding the rest and bringing temp up to regular mash.
