Every year friend and I brew a ten gallon batch and split it between us and each pitch a different yeast. 2016 is my year and I put together the following recipe. I was blown away by brulosophers one hour beer so I want to do something like that
20 minute mash and 20 minute boil
11 gallons post boil, @11.5 gallons pre boil
Expected og 1.057 at 70% efficiency
Srm 14 (seems a tad high, might decrease the roast amount)
72.7% American two row 18lb
16.2% Vienna 4lb
8.1% flaked barley 2lb
3% roasted barley 12oz
Ibu (tinseth) 71
Fwh 1 oz each of amarillo, citra, galaxy
1oz each of same hops at 10 minutes
1oz each of save hops at 5 minutes
Hop stand at 190f for twenty minutes
Dry hop with 2oz each of citra and Amarillo per five gallon batch
