I got burned bad when using WLP037 (Yorkshire Square) and ended up having to dump the whole batch because it tasted funkier than a 70's disco. As a pick me up I went back to my home brew shop and asked them to help me build an absurdly varied grain bill as a tongue in cheek way of getting over a beer I put a lot of work into, but lost anyway.

According the recipe they printed out for me I was supposed to hit 1.067 OG at 70% efficiency bit I came out a but low.

Here's the Recipe:

7.00 lbs. Maris Otter Malt
2.00 lbs. Dark Wheat Malt
1.25 lbs. Flaked Barley
0.75 lbs. Carafa iii Malt
0.50 lbs. Caramel 80L Malt
0.50 lbs. Victory Malt
0.50 lbs. Special Roast Malt
0.50 lbs. Chocolate Malt
0.50 lbs. Brown Malt
0.33 lbs. Peated Malt

1.0 oz. Kent Goldings (4.9%) 60 minute
1.0 oz. Kent Goldings (4.9%) 30 minute
1.0 oz. Kent Goldings (4.9%) 10 minute

1 tab Whirlfloc 5 minute.
