In bucket a week, dry hopped on day 3 with 20g each citra, mosaic and galaxy
Checked this morning and it has reached FG of 1009
Looks the part I think and smell and taste both good

Advice on where to go now?
Have some citra so can do more dry hopping?
Or leave it another few days, although slightly wary of leaving dry hops in too long (cue debates)

Also, bottle or keg? Both options on the table

Thanks

Looks wonderful!
Watch out for air (O2) contact, oxidation kills those beers in record time. If you opened that bucket, flush the headspace with CO2 immediately after reseating the lid.
I now leave the lid on until ready to harvest the yeast and clean the bucket, after a semi-closed transfer to a 100% liquid pre-purged keg.

Looks great! Mind sharing your recipe? I've never been able to get that color from extract kits that claim to be NEIPAs.
