Re-introduction

Hey folks,
I have been a member of the forum for a while and brewed quite a bit of beer and cider. I then retired, as I was on some meds that didn’t get along with alcohol very well. I sold all my full sized stuff and entertained going into the Gallon brewing end of things, but just never started.
I have changed jobs and now have time to brew again, so I will be getting back into it shortly. I want to stay to the gallon size of whole grain brewing mainly for the space and the ability to brew variety without much room.

I agree with @jtratcliff Biab would be easiest and you could get away with doing it on the stove top!
