Hey all,
After several years of being away from brewing, getting ready to start again. Figured I'd give this place another try and start by saying hello to all.
The wife and I built our own system and brewed pretty heavily for a while. Our system was featured in BYO and Popular Mechanics which was pretty cool. Personal life circumstances got us away from home brewing (loss of a family member, career change, and the loss of our brewery's namesake dog). I spent a little time assisting in a small commercial brewery and almost accepted a brewmaster job. All that being said, it's amazing how much I've forgotten about brewing.... hopefully it's like riding a bike. lol.
Long story short, going to start brewing again!
