Hi everyone. Been a long time since I posted here and I think only a select few will remember me, mostly for that awful Toffee Apple Cider recipe (one that caused the hangover of a lifetime in myself and two other friends.)
I thought I'd re-introduce myself as I'm posting on UK forums now, but I'm getting a little closed off into brewing english ales and not much else, and I've had some great recipes and ideas from here over the years.
Since last posting I've progressed into All Grain brewing via BIAB. My most recent brews have been an Autumn Ale (english northern brown ale with bramling cross hops,) a belgian pale ale which I will be racking a gallon from and reinforcing with DME/white sugar for my christmas beer at about 8%, and an American IPA.
