Hello everyone I have a question about the 19 lt kegs If I sanitise the keg and put it back into the fridge until brew is ready how long do you think it would be ok for

theoretically, once you sanitize and close a keg of any kind it should be ok indefinitely. no need to keep an empty keg in the fridge, though.
