Give me your opinion on my next 2 brews

Weiss - 30L (7.92Gal) to Fermenter
3,0Kg (6.62Lb) - CHATEAU WHEAT BLANC Malt
3,0Kg (6.62Lb) - CHATEAU PILSEN (2RS) Malt
0,5Kg (1.10Lb) - Vienna Malt

20g (0.70oz) TETTNANGER Hop - 60min
30g (1.06oz) TETTNANGER Hop - 15min

60min Mash at 68ºC (154F)

2 pkt Fermentis WB-06

OG: 1.052
FG: 1.012
SRM: 3.6°
IBU: 13.2
ABV: 5.2%

Irish Red Ale - 30L (7.92Gal) to Fermenter

6,0Kg (13.22Lb) - Marris Otter Pale Malt
1,0Kg (2.20Lb) - Munich Malt
0,5Kg (1.10Lb) - CaraRuby Malt
0,16Kg (5.64oz) - Roasted Barley

30g (1.06oz) East Kent Goldings - 60min
20g (0.70oz) East Kent Goldings - 30min

60min Mash at 68ºC (154F)

SRM: 15.9°
IBU: 20.1
ABV: 5.4%
 
Looks pretty normal for the styles to me. Don't see anything weird or out of place.
