RaspberryPints - Couple quick questions

I googled this first but can't find any answers - not directly.

1) Does the Pi have to be connected to the Montior - or is it a web-based localhost type thing (like tilt pi)?
2) I found some discussion about getting it integrated with Plaato Keg - nothing definitive...anyone done this

If you're looking for Plaato integration, you will need to use the RandR+ Version of RaspberryPints.

The Pi does NOT have to be connected to a monitor, but it can if you want,
