I am planning on making my first Braggot. It will be a Raspberry Braggot that I would like to get some comments on.
My goal is to have a balance between the malts, honey and raspberry.

Fermented at 68°F with WLP001 - California Ale

Ferment at 68F for 2 weeks in primary. Rack to secondary and add twice frozen whole raspberries.
Leave in secondary at 60F for 8 weeks.
Bottle with 3/4 cup priming sugar and let sit at 68F for 1 week then move to basement (60F) for 2-3 weeks.
