Ran out of Propane 5 minutes into the boil. Already added my 60 minute addition (1 ounce cascade) and got back going within 20 minutes. Should I just start the timer where I left off?

Brulosopher recently did an exbeeriment involving a 20 minute hop stand at near boiling temperature vs adding the hops for 20 minutes of the boil - got about the same IBU's. From that test, it seems that the hop utilization can be counted as if the 20 minute steep was at a boil. But if you were doing all-grain and needed a longer boil for DMS reduction, I guess you would still need the full actual boil time. JMO.

Thanks man. Just about finished with the boil now. Wasn't exactly planning on buying another Propane tank today, but glad that I have one
