Hi everyone,

I'm pretty new to brewing and I've learned a lot just from reading through old posts on here. I've made 2 kit beers and 3 homemade recipes, a Traditional American Stout and an Oatmeal Stout from kits and a Milk Stout (based on Left Hand Milk Stout clone recipe I found here), a rum-oak aged Scottish Ale (my attempt at an Innis & Gunn clone based off recipes I've found on here), and finally my own personal recipe that I developed for making Chicha de Jora, the infamous corn and spit beer from Peru and the Brewmasters show. I'll be posting my recipe here in a bit. I look forward to learning from you all!
