I made an imperial stout as one of my brews. I kept it in the basement for 1 year today. About two months ago I ****ed with it to check the temp. Of the carboy. Highest carboy temp 60 all year. After I messed with iti it blew the bung out of the carboy and then I just put a piece of cardboard over the carboy's hole. As of now there is no mold in it Should I just keg it and try. Can you have bacteria and not taste it?

Get it sealed or packaged quick. Oxygen, alcohol, and un-sealed can result in vinegar. You would of course notice that.

No pathogens can survive in beer, so it is OK to drink. If you can't taste a problem, then it is OK.
