Quick mash question

So I was just getting ready for mash out when I looked over and saw the bag of flaked barley I was supposed to add to the mash, and forgot. I reset my mash timer and threw it into the mash that has already been sitting an hour. With conversion already being done am I going to get anything at all from it? In a side note it's looking like one of those days, woke up to a starter exploded on my counter, all my hoses froze trying to fill my mash tun and my propane regulator froze up half way through heating the mash.

I would just stir the flaked barley in, wait another 10 minutes and sparge it.

That is what I ended up doing and I hit all my numbers so it worked just fine thank you
