Are carahell, carapils and crystal 10 the same? 8oz of one would be the same for the others then, right? Thx.

No they're not the same. CaraPils is lighter in color (2-3L) and provides little sweetness. It' s a dextrin malt intended to add body, mouthfeel, etc. CaraHell and Crystal 10 are similar light crystals, CaraHell is German and Crystal is typically US or UK.
