Question about yeast for a beer

So I was going to make a white IPA (think chain breaker from deschutes) but I accidentally grabbed wyeasts 3191. I'm wondering what people's thoughts are on trying to use a sour yeast on this. Should I just go and get a wit yeast which is what I meant to grab, or see what happens? If this isn't the right place for this I can repost, but I wanted some feed back
