Anyone ever done a "pumpkin weisse"? I'm thinking of a standard Bavarian hef recipe with a can or two of pumpkin and some pumpkin spice. I want to like pumpkin beers but just haven't found one I like. I love pumpkin pie tho, and weizens too. Thought they might make a good mix. Thoughts?
