Any one try brewing with roasted pumpkin seeds?

They are pretty tasty. Very nutty with faint squash note. I toasted the seeds in my toaster oven after gutting the pumpkin.

Tasty as is. Wondering how they would be in beer.

Funny you should ask, I had this exact same thought tonight as I was munching on some pumkin seeds watching a ball game. I would like to try a pumkin brew but the thought of all that flesh in the tun kinda turns me off.

I was kind of thinking to toast them and perhps give em a light grind/crush and throw em in the mash.
