Psoriasis and sauna and if there are some teas out there!

Hi,
I am Colleen Torres. I just joined this website. I am 32 years old lady with 2 kids.
now to my question, what is your experience with sauna and psoriasis, did it get worse or did you not notice any difference ?
I have psoriasis on the head, face and around genital area for 6 years now.

My doctor has always told me that my psoriasis will be exacerbated by the carbohydrates in beer. In any alcohol really.
