Hi, everyone!
Finally, the lack of good old Koelsch (the style I grew up on) in north central Florida has caught up with me and I have decided to just try to make my own. I am going to be playing around with my $20 Mr. Beer for a few weeks to gets the basics down before moving on to a "real" equipment kit with Better Bottles and whatnot.
I am looking forward to getting hooked (to the extent that my wife and liver will tolerate)
