Hi,
Love the forum and use it extensively when researching recipe ideas. You guys are great!. I have been brewing several years now. Went to all grain about 2 years ago and last year I achieved the homebrewer's dream... I now have a 4 tap tower mounted on a chest freezer to hold the brew and pop for the kids.

Currently on tap I have a best bitter, a dunkle, and a Boddington's clone on the nitro system. The kids just emptied the sarsaparilla I made for them. Young's double chocolate stout is bottled.

Next up will be a rye based beer or a black IPA.

Signing off from the north side of Cincinnati,

Good for you. I would make the Black IPA next (Just cause I'm partial). I know it's the trendy style right now, but I still love them.

Oh, and welcome! :)
