Well let's see, the first time I helped brew beer was with my old man when i was around 8 or 9. Many batches of beer and mead later i got to drink some ;-). Last time I brewed was a raspberry mead for my sister's wedding 3 years ago(it's pretty good now) and once I get back home(currently on vacation) I plan to get back into brewing full swing with a TripleBock and some more mead. I bought a 50 gallon keg a couple years ago for $80 and I think it's about time to fill it up. Last year I planted 30 hop rhizomes at my sister's farm in Mass and this year I'm going up to build trellis's for them. Giong to try to plant 3 acres of barley at the Northeast Small Farms Institute some that I can roast my own malts for winter brewing.
