I was thinking about adding a pressure gauge to my high pressure propane gas beam / gas manifold, but I'm not sure which range to select.
Pressure gauges come in ranges of 0-15 PSI or 0-30 PSI
For the brewers out there that are running high pressure burners with a 0-30 PSI regulator and have added a gauge to their brew stand, what pressure reading do you typically need to see when running 1 burner, and what does it need to read when running 2 burners at that same time?
I'm just assuming that nobody is using the full capacity of their 30 PSI regulator. So I don't want to simply purchase a 0-30 PSI gauge if most people are seeing readings between 0-15 PSI in order to get 2 burners to fire properly.
