Hi guys just wanted to see what you reckon about my little stuff up.

I put my finished brew in the fridge to ferment and added my 2 packs of wyeast French saison into 40 liter batch. Set temp control to 67F

Fermentation went great for the first couple of days then one day as I checked it I didn't notice my probe fell out of the fridge so it went down to 40F I noticed the next day and continued the original temp.

Just wondering if you think will carry on as usual or will there be issues

Cheers
Josh

That shouldn't cause any problems at all. If anything, it will take a couple days longer to finish up, but you'll end up with good beer. I like to start off at slightly lower temps (not as low as 40f). High fermentation temps are what you need to avoid.
