So I just racked my beer from the secondary to my bottling bucket. I add priming sugar, and sanitize my bottles. Then I realize something is missing! My caps! Oh no. So I'm about to run to the store and get some. I should be bottling about an hour after I added priming sugar. Should I add a little bit more to make up for anything that might already be fermented or is that just not nearly enough time? TIA

You should be fine, don't think that sugar will be gobbled up that quick... remember it takes a full 2 weeks to get that carbonated
