So, I boiled up my water/dextrose solution for bottling and put it in the fridge for a quick cool-down. One thing led to another and I ran out of time to be able to bottle that evening, but the solution is still in the fridge, in the saucepan covered.

It's been a couple of day, and I think I should boil it again to sanitize but then I thought maybe it's still ok if it's been in the fridge and covered.

Thoughts?
