Primary is 1.018 After 2 Weeks

My Costco Chardonnay is kind of stuck at 1.018 after 14 days. Rack to secondary or waitÉ

Yeast? Temperature? Starting gravity?

I had an 11% ABV mead take 28 days to ferment in a cold basement.

Yeast? No idea, whatever came in the Costco kit.
Temp? 70 F
Gravity - 1.082
I did rack it earlier today. Going good at the moment.

Guess it just needed a kick in the rear.

EC118. It has been 7 days since I racked to carboys and it is still going good. Starting to wonder when it will end. Temp 72F.

Checked gravity today. It is .996. Racked and added the packets as instructed.
