Primary going on 2 weeks?

So I have a batch of Welches Grape going. Started it and after about a week it looked like the fermentation was done.

I racked it. Topped it off with a lil juice (yes I know this would start it back up some). Then it went CRAZY! It came out the air lock even... made a mess (first time this happened).

It has been going VERY Good for a 2nd week now...it has slowed to 1 burp per 3 seconds....that is where it is now.

It is a 6gal batch that I plan to get 5gal out of when Im done.

Normally,...it would be sitting and working on the clearing process now. Any ideas on this?
