I have been corking and caging a lot of my Belgian, Saisons and sours lately.
Such a pretty sight. I usually do half corked and the other half in smaller heavy Belgian bottles. I got my corker about a year and a half ago. Once I figured out that it is super easy to do, I have been using it more often. Nice presentation when you share with friends.
