First time kegging last night and I set the pressure to about 8 or 9 PSI and put the whole setup in the fridge. This morning my regulator is saying almost 10 psi.

I know the tank gauge is supposed to mis-read once the setup has been in the fridge, but I wasn't aware of any inaccuracies with the keg pressure gauge.

Is this normal? should I back it down to 8 or 9 or leave it at 10?

It's a typical dual gauge regulator made by Taprite.

Thanks for any and all help.
