I would like to preserve my pre-boiled wort for a week or two. Way to many potential brew days that don't have enough hours in them to complete the process.
I am sure there must be a solution. Freezing is one I think can work but I don't have the facilities.
What about campden tablets. I dont know much about chemistry and the potential effects my beer will suffer.
Any help will be appreciated.

It is common for Titletown Brewing Co here in Green Bay to give away free wort to homebrewers (whenever they make a big beer). It's common practice among us to launch a few campden tabs in any wort that isn't being boiled that evening. Or if you have temperatures approaching freezing, it's safe to just keep it outside for a day or two.

Cheers!
