So, I was canning some wort one day and had the thought.
I took some pint jars, weighed out 4 oz of corn sugar into each one.
Topped them off with water, put on lids, shake, loosen lids, and process for 15 min. at 15 psi.
4 oz gives me the right volume on most everything I'm doing right now.
Next time I'll do some with different amounts, like 5 or 6 oz for the summertime heffe's and such.
It has been working out very well. One less thing to do at bottling time, and less interference in her kitchen...witch we all know is a very good thing.
