Polypropylene carpet beater as brewing paddle?

Hi there, is it safe to use carpet beater made of PP as brewing paddle ?
I need it soon but cant find anywhere enough long spoon.
many food container and drink bootles are made of pp.
It wont do anything bad with my wort ? Off flavors or something ?

It would probably work.

Probably not much, really. (Shipping at least. I have no idea whatsoever about import costs.)

But I was mostly responding to the idea that a long enough spoon can't be found. Sometimes you just need a different search term.

I wouldn't do propylene:

It can take the temps but can supposedly leach out the nasties...

HDPE should work, though...
